The apartment is located in the 19th district, at Jaurès, by the canals St-Martin and Ourcq. The canals banks are a great walking and biking spot. People often play pétanque as well. You can walk to the Buttes-Chaumont, Paris' biggest park, in only 10 minutes. Great for jogging, wandering, picnics, ice creams... Le Point-Ephémère will be the perfect place for coffee, wi-fi and gigs. Two MK2 Cinemas by the Canal de l'Ourcq offer many movies (blockbusters + indie) in original version and great spots for a coffee.
